Payment Methods
We want to make doing business with us as smooth as possible. Here are the payment methods that we accept for one-off purchases and subscriptions.
Credit and debit cards
We accept the following cards:
- Mastercard
- Debit Mastercard
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- American Express
Important:
EFTPOS cards and prepaid or reloadable cards (such as Prezzy cards) are not accepted.
All our card transactions are only processed online using Stripe.
Card processing fees
The following fees apply to all card transactions processed online in addition to the amount you are paying:

All processing fees are paid by you. You can view and confirm the total amount you are paying before finalising your card payment online.
Bank transfer
You can pay by transferring to our business bank account. Our bank account details are included on all our invoices.
Note:
Ensure to include your invoice number and/or your Customer ID in the reference of your transaction so that we can locate your payment.
Processing fees
There are no fees if you are transferring from a New Zealand bank account.
If you are paying from a bank account located in another country, we will charge an additional NZD 15.00 processing fee for each transaction. This fee is charged by our bank for all incoming international transfers. Please check with your bank if any fees are applicable to your transaction by your bank. Any fees payable to your bank must be paid by you and not be deducted from our payment amount.
Sending us your payment confirmation (optional)
If you would like, you can send us a confirmation of your transaction using a screenshot. Sending us a confirmation of your payment does not expedite the activation or any ordered subscription, but it does help us locate your payment in our accounting systems.
