To ensure convenience, we provide several payment methods to all our customers.
Credit and debit cards #
For most of our services, you can use an accepted credit or debit card to make payments. Credit and debit card payments are only accepted online.
The following credit cards are accepted:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- American Express
The following debit cards are accepted:
- Visa Debit
- Mastercard Debit
Important:
EFTPOS cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
Processing fees and charges #
Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe and the following fees and charges apply to all credit and debit card transactions:
- For cards issued in New Zealand: 2.65% and NZD 0.30 per transaction.
- For international cards: 3.5% and NZD 0.30 per transaction.
All processing fees are passed on to the payer. You will see the final amount including the payment fees before you confirm your payment.
Bank transfer (EFT or Electronic Funds Transfer) #
You can pay for any of our services by transferring your payment to our business bank account. Our bank account details are included on all our invoices for your convenience.
Note:
Please include the invoice number or your Customer ID in the reference field when making your payment.
Processing fees and charges #
There are no fees for bank transfers to our bank account if you are transferring from a New Zealand bank account. We still recommend checking with your bank as some banks may charge for transfers made in a branch.
If you are transferring to our bank account from another country, we will add NZD 15.00 per incoming transfer. This processing fee is charged by our bank. Your bank may charge fees on your transfer. We recommend checking with your bank before making any transfers.
