Taxes

This help article explains the taxes we charge for our services and whether they may apply to your purchase.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) #

In New Zealand, we are registered to charge, report, and pay Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is charged at 15% for eligible transactions to all local customers.

We are not required to charge GST if your business is registered in another country.

Any GST applicable to your purchase is indicated on our invoice, as well as our GST number.

International taxes #

If you are buying our services from another country, you may have tax obligations in your country or operation. We recommend that you check this with the relevant tax authority in your country or discuss your options with your tax consultant.

If taxes are applicable to any payments you make to us, you must pay these taxes yourself. If any international taxes are deducted from the amount we receive in our bank account, the shortfall will be held as unpaid balance which must be settled before we can provision your services.
